Frank Fanzilli

Mr. Fanzilli is currently on the boards of Avaya, Inc., the Open Source Development Labs, a non-profit organization devoted to open source, and Interwoven, Inc., where he is the non-executive Chairman.
Most recently, Mr. Fanzilli was Global Chief Information Officer and Managing Director at Credit Suisse First Boston. During his 18 years at CSFB, Mr. Fanzilli consolidated and integrated the bank’s extensive IT resources into a unified global division, managing 4,000 IT professions and $1.5 billion in spending. Mr. Fanzilli also held a variety of positions within Information Technology at CSFB, including Head of European Information Services and Head of Global Application Development. Prior to that, Mr. Fanzilli worked at IBM, where he managed systems engineering and software development for Fortune 500 accounts.
Mr. Fanzilli received a BS degree in Management from Fairfield University and a MBA in Finance from New York University, where he was the Marcus Nadler Scholar. He previously served on the PeopleSoft Board of Directors during its acquisition by Oracle.
